Pete is a very understanding and caring individual. We very quickly could tell he truly had our best interests at heart and was just not in it for a quick turnover and on to the next deal. He helped us stage, listened and understood our concerns about price and even more importantly understood the emotions we were going through selling our home of 31 years. He offered excellent advice but was also willing to listen and understand when we may not have agreed.
