He's incredibly professional, very well organized, personable, and easy going, but also hard-working. We felt listened to, his response time was always on target, and we couldn't have had a better advocate in selling, but also with the purchase of our new home. This goes beyond the contract signing, he has continued to be a support during the new build, always willing to step in with any help we've needed or to lend an ear in frustrating times. We couldn't have been any more fortunate to have Pedro in our corner, and grateful he's still there.
