Paul is a fantastic realtor who really listens and works to get you exactly what you want. I worked with Paul for the sale of my previous house and the purchase of my new one. He is great at making suggestions and really knowledgable about the market, able to answer any questions and explain things perfectly. He helped me prep my home for sale by providing a marketing plan and suggestions for improvements to the value of my home, and even covered the cost of staging (which I highly recommend as worth it!) As part of the marketing plan. In the end we ended up getting much more than I thought possible which then allowed me to get a perfect second house, which Paul was able to help with by providing expert knowledge and answering my nervous questions about such a large purchase. All in all, you really can't go wrong with Paul, he's the sort of guy who is willing to help you with anything you ask, no matter the inconvenience to himself and is happy to do so, and is very knowledgeable about local markets and real estate in general.
