Neighbourhoods We provided him with some neighbourhoods that we were looking at from our initial research and he was able to provide some suggestions for neighbourhoods that were similar to where we were looking and hadn't thought of. His knowledge of the city was great in helping us think about some different areas we normally wouldn't have considered. Experience This was our first home purchase so we didn't have very much experience on the whole process. Paul took the time to explain everything to us and answer all of the questions we had. Professionalism Paul was very professional throughout the process and responded to us very quickly when we had questions or needed an update on something Negotiation Skills As this was our first home purchase we didn't know anything about how the negotiation process worked but Paul helped us understand and was able to provide some good insights for us when putting together our first offer. After our first offer was out the door we quickly ended up in a multiple offer situation and Paul was able to provide some guidance on sending out an updated offer. We felt very comfortable with his skills in this department and we ended up having our offer selected due to some great insight from him. Property Knowledge During the process of touring multiple properties Paul had good knowledge of each of the properties in advance except one. Which was understandable because it had only come on the market that day when we asked to go see it. Walking through the homes he was able to point out flaws we wouldn't have thought of and was really good at getting a sense of what we were looking for In addition to all of the above, we were looking for a home during the COVID-19 pandemic and he was able to maintain safety protocols and we felt comfortable touring homes during everything that was going on.
