Pat was a great help with our house hunting. Pat made himself available every day during our house hunting. He has a lot of knowledge of real estate. His skill in negotiating was remarkable. He is truthful and reliable. Having only 5 days to buy a home can be stressful but Pat made it easy to do and he was able to find us the perfect home. I would recommend him to any military or RCMP family.
