My husband and I worked with Pat to select and purchase a townhouse in the Comox Valley. Pat helped us refine our search criteria so that we could view listings in our price range and area. Pat was very proactive and often returned texts and calls after business hours. We are thrilled with the townhouse we purchased and it's because of Pat. We highly recommend him!
