Buying and selling a home can be a stressful process - a process that Neil has helped us with immensely twice now. On the sell side, his knowledge of other properties you will be in "competition" with helps to set a realistic price that drives buyers into the home. He provides a professional photographer for the listing and was very helpful with tips to make us show ready. Neil is excellent with communication, letting us know about showings as they were requested and making sure they always fit into our schedule and was mindful of the little one we have at home. Once we had secured an offer, Neil was an ally and great sounding board throughout the negotiation process. On the buy side, Neil comes prepared with information about the neighborhoods you are looking in and also comes with a view on what will work for you and your family. The view is very helpful because it can provide a lens into something you had not previously considered or the potential resale of the home down the line. My wife and I are high volume communicators and I can't state enough how patient and understanding Neil has been with our questions and concerns; returning our calls / texts extremely quickly. I would absolutely recommend Neil as an agent for anyone looking to buy/sell. His understanding of the market is unrivaled and he has a real knack for understanding people and perhaps most importantly, listening to what is most important to them.
