Michelle is amazing! Being new to Calgary it was important for me and my partner to have someone familiar with all the neighbourhoods, and Michelle did not disappoint. She was very knowledgable with each area and was able to recommend neighbourhoods that fit the lifestyle that we wanted, as well as homes that fit our vision. Throughout the process she was very professional but also very friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to. We did not hesitate to call or text her when we had any questions or concerns, and she would always reply in a timely manner. Being our first home we weren't quite sure how to negotiate pricing, but she was able to help us make informed decisions and helped us negotiate a great deal! We are so excited to move in to our new and beautiful space, all thanks to Michelle. It has been such a pleasure!
