Michelle represented our family in the recent purchase of a condo in Winnipeg. We were out of town buyers and had to communicate primarily via email and phone which can be a complicated. In spite of the many challenges related with a "long distance" transaction Michelle was patient and took the time necessary to show us a sufficient number of properties to meet our needs and represent us in our absence.
