we engaged Michelle for a full year searching for a condo for us while out out of province home was for sale. As our sale was closing and our search accelerated she was very attentive to our needs with a very good understanding of the Winnipeg marketplace. She gave us timely advice when needed but never prodded us to make a rash decision. As advertised details changed at the time of the offer Michelle remained patient and the sale was completed.
