I'm SO grateful that we found Michelle. UP until now my husband and I had only purchased new build homes. This was the first time we purchased not only an older home, but we were moving from suburbia to an acreage to fulfill my dream of having horses on my own property. So this next step of selling our dream home to buy another "dream home in the rough" was a HUGE financial and emotional undertaking, with a lot of unknowns. There were a few ups and downs for sure - a lot of surprises that were beyond anyone's control from either our sellers or our buyers and without Michelle I'm sure I would have lost my mind. She held our hand through the entire process, including letting one property go. I knew in my gut it was the right thing to do, but it was still really difficult as I saw my dream going with it, and she helped me through that emotional decision with grace and compassion. And then while I was crying in my coffee, within minutes she found the PERFECT property for us. :) It truly felt like there was some cosmic intervention there. And we had an accepted offer in the next day. Michelle never treated this like a "real estate" transaction, she knew this was our life, and my dream. And she fought for it, and fought for us - her ability to negotiate, think out of the box, work out creative solutions, and help keep me calm through it all were priceless. There were some nail biting moments and she was with me through all of it until conclusion even if it was late at night. She was always our champion, and professional through and through and always went the extra 10 miles. We are now in our new home on a beautiful acreage, and just getting ready to welcome my horses! I can't reccomend her enough.
