Meryl was very professional and knowledgeable that the market conditions were not optimum from a sales point of view--with a great listing,and pursued the marketing with the utmost vigor, having a number of open houses with several offers Some rejected due to lack of mortgage financing. Although we did not achieve our price goal we feel every best effort was made and would highly recommend Meryl.
