All I can say to my realtor - Melinda, She is a complete package! At the young age, Melinda is so very professional, smart, very knowledgeable in all aspects of building, selling and buying a home. She is very thorough (very familiar with AB building codes) and very helpful in documentation process! All of my questions were answered and all of my requests were granted! I will have her again as my realtor on my future purchases! I'm just speechless with the customer service she provided! Hands Down!
