Where to begin with Melinda. Right from the get-go, she made the process super easy for us. As we were first time buyers, we were obviously full of questions, and Melinda took the time to answer all of them for us. In hindsight, a lot of the questions should have been common knowledge, but Melinda answered them all without hesitation and in a non-condescending way. After only one initial meeting, Melinda was able to gauge what we were looking for in a house and that very night had a list of potential properties to go and scout out. All of the properties she picked out for us were right in our wheelhouse, with very few that needed to be weeded out. For reference, it only took us two viewing sessions before we found the home we ended up buying. Much faster than I thought it would be! In terms of scheduling, Melinda is one of the easiest people you will ever work with. We would pick a day, and Melinda would work around it, even when she already had a super busy schedule. I don't believe there was one instance where we needed to reschedule. Melinda was also with us every step of the way, from viewings all the way to possession day. Whenever we encountered any issues or roadblocks, Melinda was always one phone call away. At times, she was working on paperwork for us well into the evening during the week and even on the weekend, which shows just how dedicated Melinda is to her clients. Throughout the process, Melinda was extremely professional, courteous, and attentive to our needs. I had heard from many people that it was common for realtors to pressure you into closing on a house. We had the opposite experience with Melinda. At no point did we feel pressured to close, and everything was at our pace. I cannot say enough great things about Melinda. She made our first home buying experience super easy, quick, painless, and I would even go so far as to say fun. I will definitely be reaching out to Melinda when I am ready to sell and move on to my next purchase. Overall: 10/10 Class act. Would Highly recommend.
