Matt went above and beyond my expectations of any realtor! He was available to speak whenever I called with questions or concerns. He walked me through the process of determining how to properly price my home based by providing examples of sales history in my neighbourhood . He provided advice and direction when I was feeling the stress of the process. He helped paint my house and move furniture to stage my home - literally doing the heavy lifting!
I ended up selling my home after less than 24 hours on the market and well-above asking price thanks to Matt's pre-marketing of my home and his knowledge of the neighbourhood.
I highly recommend Matt and would use his services again without hesitation.
