Matt Kopan prepared an accurate, current market analysis for me before we listed my property for sale in the Spring of 2019. He warned me that the market wasn't going to be as strong as Spring 2018. At the time, there were only 6 condos sold in my area of North Vancouver in the previous 6 months, versus approximately 35 condos sold the year before in the same time period. After we discussed the current sales in my area, I told Matt to list the property $10k higher than he suggested...bad idea! After some time on the market, I lowered my price into the range originally recommended by the Kopan Group. I had an offer in 2 days which I accepted, and the deal completed with turnover in less than a month!! Oh yeah, add to this very tight time table, I left the country right after signing the accepted counter offer and saw the money in my bank account while on vacation. Show me another realtor that will pull that rabbit out of the hat and I'll say they should team up with the Kopan Group.
