We enlisted Mark’s services for a property that was listed 3 days before Xmas which was interesting timing to say the least. Right off the bat he impressed us with his knowledge and professionalism, while also being extremely personable and easy to talk to. He has a young family (his wife Jessica is also an amazing realtor and helped us out too) and we felt bad having them start negotiations on Xmas eve, but it didn’t phase him one bit and he continued to make progress & keep us up to date all throughout the holidays. He really went above and beyond in every stage of the process and left no stone unturned when it came to due diligence. His negotiation skills are second to none, I can’t imagine any realtor in town would be able to out-class him in that department. We also appreciated his ability to explain things in an easy to understand manner and keep us constantly informed every step of the way. I feel like I learned so much from him, it was almost like I took a class in home buying 101 and I will carry that knowledge forever! If you are looking for a realtor I don’t think it is humanly possible to find someone better than Mark, and everyone from our camp that he made contact with throughout the process was extremely impressed. We can’t thank Mark enough for getting us an incredible home for our family in a neighbourhood we previously thought to be out of our price range. A true rockstar of the realty world!!
