Normalizing all this data is not easy and you can’t just base your house price on an average for the area. His analysis was much more detailed than others. We had three other realtors look at and price our house. Mark was also very helpful in letting us know what mattered and what didn’t matter when it came to selling our house. He had a well-thought-out long term strategy in the pricing that worked very well. He also did several open houses. We sold our house in 60 days and got exactly what we were looking for dollar wise. We purchased our new house through Mark as well. Mark showed us a large number of houses while marketing our house for sale. So when our house sold, we had it down to a very short list of exactly what we wanted in our price range. We sold our house and purchased the new house in less than a week in a tough market. Obviously, I would highly recommend Mark as a realtor. We were certainly very satisfied in every way.
