What we appreciated the most about Mandy was her thoroughness and her ongoing clear communication. She also is an excellent listener who read between the lines and understood our wishes and needs for the sale of the home. She also listened carefully to the story of the house (the upgrades, the details that might interest a buyer etc.) and considered which information was important for marketing and sharing with buyers. When we had questions, she (or Shayna) replied promptly and with on point answers. We also appreciated Mandy's knowledge of the community and the comparable properties with acute understanding of the elements of our home that should be acknowledged in the write up, video and sharing with potential buyers. Mandy really saw how our home could be presented highlighting important features. The photos she had done were outstanding in quality and the drone video and interior video shots really presented our home in the best possible way - we were thrilled with the high quality treatment she gave our home in putting it on the market. Although we had done a lot of work in preparing our home and organizing furniture and flow for optimal viewing, Mandy confirmed our thoughts and made us feel our hard work was worth it. This was nice as we continued to update items, clean areas and provide extra value to a potential buyer and Mandy was always remembering what we had done and sharing that with agents and buyers. Small details like this really impressed us. Mandy and Shayna are an excellent team. Shayna was always (seriously- always!) there when we called or emailed with niggly questions or wanting to add more photos or needed more flyers. It was so seamless between the two that you knew you had two strong support people there should anything come up. Both are so professional and exhibit a high degree of intuitiveness around any situation and if they don't know they find out immediately. We never felt unsure or ignored - they extended themselves in so many ways. Even after the offer came in and the house inspection was over, Mandy continued to stay in touch and give me updates on things going on, answered my questions and on close day kept me up to date. Let's just say that we value quality people and quality work - and it was delivered in spades.
