I was new to Vancouver looking for a place in an area where there wasn’t much available. Lynn helped me broaden my search criteria and find a place that met most of my requirements. She also helped me negotiate an excellent deal that was far below the asking price and value of the property. She took the time to explain things that needed explaining and always responded quickly to calls and emails.
