Lorraine and her team of Tom and Ric treated me with such respect and made me feel like I was a personal friend. They were so helpful in pointing out the good and bad in each property I looked at. Had suggestions as to how I might make the changes I thought were necessary in each property. They were willing to answer any questions at any time. When it came time to sell my old property they "held my hand" as I stressed and worried. They made it all seem easy in the end.
