She helped us see the potential in the outdated house that we purchased, providing estimates of costs that we might consider to update it, and she successfully negotiated a deal for purchase that we were comfortable with considering the updates that we wanted to make. She also shared many contacts for contractors to complete the updates -- flooring, drywall, electrician, painters, etc. -- and coordinated having them attend our walk-throughs in order to provide quotes so that we could have work start as soon as we got possession of the new house.
