Lily was my landlord for a basement rental I lived in for a year. She was responsive, attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries. She also very much respected our space, and made us feel at home. I had to move out to a bigger place, and she was the first person I asked to help me look for a place, because I've had such a positive experience with her. A fair and respectful landlord.
