I found my Realtor, Lily Chou, to be very professional, efficient and hardworking. In a buyer's market, my house was difficult to sell. It was an older home that needed to be renovated to meet the tastes of the younger buyers who were looking to buy in my community. Lily was very supportive and assured me that the "right person" would come along and it happened. She was very good at negotiating a better price than that offered by the buyer. I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends looking for a Realtor.
