The saying goes that you can’t argue with results. My house had been on the market, with a different agent, for around 9 months before I decided to switch it over to Lily. It came across in every interaction I had with her. Consequently, she is amazing at it! She is as methodical as she is tenacious; however, what I appreciated most was her honesty. She sensed when my beliefs were misguided and would take the time to explain things from her perspective. In this way, I learned about real-estate; and more importantly, to trust her. By the time it came down to negotiations I defaulted to whatever she thought was best. This was a smart decision on my part because she got me a better deal than I thought possible.
