Wow Felt very comfortable from the first meeting with Layne. All the questions I asked were answered to my satisfaction. I understood all of the things required from me and what to expect from Layne and his team. Everything went so quickly from showings 8 the first week to an offer very close to my asking price. Financing fell through so back on the market with another offer and negotiations taking place. Many questions by me and all answered by Tracey or Layne very quickly to make thing easier for me to make good decisions and follow the correct procedures to finalize the sale.
