I researched and contacted three potential realtors when I started looking at moving to Vancouver Island from the mainland. After having a conversation with Laura, I picked her. Originally this was due to her high ratings, but it was also due to her work on the council, her presence on the phone, her obvious knowledge of the market and the fact that she didnt bat an eye when I asked her to drive me around to see listings when I flew into Victoria on a day trip! In the end, she helped us find our Victoria home and was great leading us through the process of putting in an offer. There was even one point we did the paperwork in her office with our 18 month old running around with a full diaper and crying inconsolably. Laura professionally handled it all without us ever feeling it was an inconvenience having the little one through out the process. I also really appreciated how she was always on hand to answer my questions and the speed of her replies. She was able to make clear the steps and stages of buying a home and was ALWAYS available when I had any concerns. You would do well working with her when searching for a new home.
