Our recent experience with Kimberly was wonderful, from the beginning to the end. One of Kimberly's assets, she is a GREAT listener of the client needs and wants, as a result there is NOT a lot of wasted time looking at properties that is a maybe. The homes selected for viewing was on our need and want list, and the result was very satisfying. On possession day my spouse was a bit unhappy that the home wasn't cleaned to her standards and Kimberly sprung into action, arranged for a cleaning the next day. To me, that was outstanding service.
