Kim was very thorough with everything from beginning to end. She even cautioned us on the home we purchased to make sure we understood what buying into a townhouse complex could mean (specifically because our condo information had some red flags). In the end my husband and I made our decision, considered all information and have been very happy with our decision. She stood by our decision and has still been there for me when I have had questions on things with little things. Amazing follow through and such a knowledgeable realtor!
