Recently our family concluded a real estate transaction that resulted in our purchase of a summer home at Pigeon Lake. The properties that Kim brought to our attention were appropriate and specific to our search. It wasn’t until Spring/2021, however that two particular cabins caught our attention. As I alerted Kim about our interest she promptly responded and began a process to match our needs with the available properties. We would learn that this response was not a “one off” but normal for her client service. I’m not sure how many calls that we made to Kim throughout April and May, but “responsiveness and organized” were what we came to expect in her attempts to assist. It seemed that we were the most important clients in her portfolio. Kim secured our first viewing promptly, she advised us in our offer, she made recommendations related to property, utility and health inspections and ensured that our bank and lawyer had the appropriate documentation in order that they could do their work. There is no question in our mind that Kim led the required work from start to finish and easily had our confidence that the process was moving ahead as efficiently as one could expect.  Kim’s client service was exemplary, but her personal skills in relating to us defined our comfort throughout what is often a stressful process. I cannot stress enough how much we appreciated Kim’s involvement with us as we obtained this property.  Kim represented Re/Max River City extremely well. We can easily make a recommendation to others to your firm based on her work. We have now moved into the property and are very happy with our choice . Kim was no small factor in this outcome.
