Kevin is very thorough - from asking very detailed questions to learn about the type of property, amenities, price range, neighbourhood, etc. that I was looking for, to presenting properties in my search range for my approval to view, and then booking and showing the properties I was interested in. He always kept me updated about the status of properties we had viewed. He never pushed something I wasn't interested in. When I was ready to make an offer on a particular property, he presented a detailed written analysis of that property, its recent sell history, what similar properties in the same building had sold for or were being listed at, and why. This informed my bidding process accordingly. Through my buy process I found him to be very knowledgeable about real estate trends and with the paperwork involved in any real estate transaction.

Apart from that, Kevin is calm and cool, very pleasant and affable, punctual, good with communication. In short, I found him to be very easy to work with. I will ask Kevin to represent me again in my next real estate transaction, whenever that is, and I would recommend him to others for the same.

Re: neighbourhood savvy, I bought in the same neighbourhood in which I already lived, so I didn't need much information about it. This is the reason why my rating in this category wasn't as high as it otherwise might have been.
