Kevin is an exceptional real estate agent, to say the least. My partner and I recently sold our third condo using Kevin as our agent, and each time we were more than pleased with the outcome. Kevin’s knowledge of the real-estate market, marketing, social media and overall sales strategy ensured that we sold our condo in downtown Toronto in record time and for a price that was beyond our wildest dreams. He helped us sell in a frantic market, while taking many things into consideration that we hadn’t even thought about. Selling a home can be trying, but Kevin makes it so much easier and less stressful. I cannot recommend Kevin enough.

THANK YOU! I feel like “David Copperfield” when I get a great review like this one! It means the clients had the elevated and cared for experience I wanted them to have, but they didn’t necessarily see the “how the trick was done”. Not that there was any trick or deception, but you get my point; there’s a lot that goes on for things to happen “in record time”, to make things “easier and less stressful”, to have “plan Bs”, to be “calm”. Certainly I bring my own real estate and life experiences to the table, but I also bring the experiences of my team into every transaction as well. Being on a team, we debrief the navigation of every sale or purchase; it’s like a real time master class in real estate case studies, that exponentially increases our knowledge, skill and value…it’s a big part of the “magic” at the Beacon Team.
