It means the clients had the elevated and cared for experience I wanted them to have, but they didn’t necessarily see the “how the trick was done”. Not that there was any trick or deception, but you get my point; there’s a lot that goes on for things to happen “in record time”, to make things “easier and less stressful”, to have “plan Bs”, to be “calm”. Certainly I bring my own real estate and life experiences to the table, but I also bring the experiences of my team into every transaction as well.
