Being first time homebuyers, we not only had to work with a tight budget plus we had some special requirements such as extra parking and a nice sized lot, we had a million questions.....and Kent deserves 5 stars....even 10 stars for everything he has done for us ! He found us a property in the exact area we were hoping for and in the budget we were comfortable with. Kent is reliable and punctual, extremely professional and personable, knowledgable, honest and patient. It took many months to find us what we wanted but he did it and we can't wait to move in.
