We were first time buyers and also British and so the Canadian property system is very different to what we are used to and she was very patient, knowledgeable and hugely helpful throughout the home buying process. She was open to showing us many properties so we could really hone in on what suited our family perfectly. The house we ended up buying wasn’t one we ever thought would be achievable but she saw the potential and we ended up with a house we will be happy in for a long time.
