Kathy Switzer

We have used Kathy in a few real estate transactions and are repeat customers. She actually listens to her clients, yet is not afraid to offer frank advice with her clients best interests at heart. In the most recent transaction, the sale of our home, her plan was to create a staging checklist then once complete list on a Thursday and accept offers on the Monday. Her goal was to minimize intrusions and inconvenience for us. While we initially did not like her recommended colour choices for painting during the staging part, we ended up liking it so much that we have now painted our new house in those colours. We trusted her experience and desire to make the right recommendations in order to maximize our sale price. Yes we sold well over asking! Beyond that she recommended a moving company that was well above average in service that took most of the stress out of our move. In truth, if I had to write out the ideal qualities of a real estate agent, I would simply use Kathy as a template. Look, there are a number of agents that can help you buy or sell a home but with Kathy it is not so much what she does but the way in which she chooses to do it that stands out. Honest, caring, intuitive, empathetic, loyal.... all the qualities you would expect in a friend but in a real estate agent. My recommendation would be have a coffee with her and you will know right away what I am referring to. It is that eveident.
