Kathy was lovely to work with. She helped my 91 year old grandmother get comfortable with selling the house she'd lived in for over 40 years. Kathy did this by ensuring us that the house would be cleaned out and look as appealing as possible to potential buyers. She made the sale happen even after the market softened. I'd recommend her.
