We chose Karrie to help us find our dream home during the COVID-19 pandemic after sending a few potential candidates a questionnaire of their experience in Penticton's real estate. Karrie would walk us through each property using video conferencing and helped us pick out properties that could work for us. We were all learning how to work within the pandemic and Penticton's hot market, so after each bid that wasn't successful, as a team, we revised our approach until we got the house we wanted (on our third offer).
