My boyfriend and I are so lucky to have met Karim! A couple of months ago we started getting serious about buying a house, which was a very intimidating process as first-time home buyers. On our first house viewing with Karim, he sat down with us for an hour and a half just to answer all of our questions and explain step-by-step what the process would look like. He was calm, welcoming, patient and very informative, which really helped to ease our stresses. At first we were worried that it would be difficult to arrange showings because I was working 12-hour night shifts while my boyfriend worked during the day, but Karim was extremely flexible and we were always able to arrange showings in a timely manner.
