Karen was an absolute joy to work with during my search for my first home. Going in to this I had very little idea of what to expect and she provided so much guidance throughout the whole process. She gave very helpful comments about the various properties I was interested in and was quick to point out all kinds of things (both positive and negative), both from online listings and during actual viewings. She was patient and seemed to be very honestly interested in me securing a home that I would be excited with, not just something to close a sale. Her personality is great and she's quick to respond to communications. I asked so many questions and she always gave me thorough and thoughtful responses. This having been my first experience with a realtor I can say that I wasn't really thinking about how important personality would be. You end up spending quite a bit of time talking with this person so it's really great when you find someone like Karen who is so easy to get along with. I would 100% recommend her and will definitely be a return client someday when it's time to buy my second home.
