In 2015, Julie acted as our selling agent. The level of service we received at that time was exceptional. Julie did an incredible amount of homework prior to us listing, we sold quickly and got our price! She clearly understands the market. This past summer we relocated back to Regina. There was no question as to who we would choose to assist us with the purchase of our next home. The level of service was, again, exceptional. Julie, again, did her homework. She provided us with a clear, impartial voice of reason without imparting her opinion or swaying our decisions, which kept us on track and narrowed down the list. After the second day and many viewings, rather than information overload, Julie made it easy to sort through and pick our number one and two options. We even had a good third option! We didn't feel like we were rushed or settling for a "good enough" choice. The remainder of the week was left for closing the deal and getting the remaining details taken care of. Julie is connected in the community. Upon request, she recommended a couple of options for home inspection services. We were confident that she would only recommend someone who met her high standards and the contractor did. We have relocated several times due to work. Buying a home is a stressful time.
