We ended up buying a townhouse for our young, growing family through juli. It is our first home and We felt like We were in the dark a majority of the process. We found the place we ended up purchasing by ourselves and were not given any guidance to view nearby neighborhoods or complexes that may have been cheaper and more within our price range.
Juli recommended a mortgage broker who was one of the worst communicators I've ever dealt with. She continuously asked for documents that we had already sent her 3 or 4 times over and always needed them within the next hour.
We had a substantial downpayment but had difficulty getting a mortgage due to thin credit. When we did finally get approved for our mortgage, Juli disappeared. She did not tell us that she would no longer be involved in our buying process and we felt severely abandoned.
We finally heard from her again right before we took possesion. She showed up for our final walk though and had her bluetooth hands free in her ear the entire time. Leave it in the car next time.

Dear Ashlynn -

First, I want to thank you for taking the time to write a review. We truly do use all our reviews to evaluate our process and learn what we can in order to ensure that the work we do meets our mission of taking care of our families, our clients, and our world. I am truly sorry that your expectations were not met in a way that you found satisfactory. It was certainly a challenging deal and for first time home buyers, I understand the stress that can cause. I wish that every deal could be simple and stress free; however, we weren't so lucky this time and yet I'm so happy that we were able to get you into your dream home. It was a bit of a miracle and I give credit to our mortgage broker for that with the exceptional commitment and amount of time and effort she put into finding options for your family and fighting for you with lenders to make it happen.

We are committed to continuing to constantly improving, growing, and providing an even higher level of service to our clients than ever, so thank you again for your feedback. Our team has worked hard to make it into the top 5% of REALTORS® in Edmonton and to find ways to give back to our community - thank you for your part in giving back over $5000 to local charities so far this year through #SoldYEGSupports. If there is anything else you need, please feel free to contact me directly.
