Jorie Gough

For context, I'm a first time home buyer, and a nervous one at that. I had been looking at listings for a while before I reached out to Jorie, and had even considered skipping a realtor altogether when a few private sale opportunities popped up. There are no words for how glad I am that I snagged Jorie as my Agent. Within the first few minutes of talking to her at our first viewing, it was obvious that she was going to be able to answer the million questions I had about the buying process. The first house we viewed had more than a little 'character', and Jorie was quick to point out things that I didn't notice or know to look for. Any questions asked by us were met with a smile and an answer. When we found a house that we wanted to put an Offer on, Jorie kept on impressing. She was absolutely invaluable to us. She had a list of trusted inspectors in the area, and was able to help us organize all of the inspections, and their responses and reports back to us, AND go over each one sonthat we knew what to look for and what to worry about. To top it all off, Jorie was exceptionally handy innour negotiations with the seller and their agent. Polite, firm, and respectful of everybody's time and deadlines. If you need a knowledgeable, confident and incredibly personable realtor, you probably can't do better than Jorie.
