Buying a home is a scary and stressful experience, but having a trustworthy, personable, and knowledgeable realtor such as Joanna (whom we found through the Better Business Bureau) on our side helped considerably. She is a gem and someone with whom it was very easy to get along. We appreciated having her guide us through the different stages of homebuying including making an educated offer for the new home we wanted and answering all of our questions related to the closing process. What was especially impressive is that she made herself regularly available to help us including taking us around the city for multiple property viewings and also being easily reachable via phone, text, or e-mail: whenever we had questions or concerns, she promptly provided us with assistance and support.
