First time home buyer. Awesome experience with Nate. I chose to contact Nate (a personal friend) after having difficulty contacting the sellers realtor. He certainly met my expectations and guided me through the intimidating process of buying. As I was out of cell service for most of the negotiation process; he was very patient, offered his personal opinion and respected my own (often demanding) requests. He made perfect suggestions for home inspectors and law professionals for the respective process'. We are very happy with our purchase and would be pleased to use this team again in the future.
