Jerry went over and above explaining the process to our daughter, who was a first time home owner. He is a quiet, soft spoken agent, which works to his advantage and was a keen listener. He was extremely accommodating to our tight holiday schedule, and, when it came to negotiating, his input was invaluable. I would recommend him highly.
