We first contacted Logan (part of the Jennifer Queen Team) in January of 2020 with no real knowledge of how to buy a house. As first-time home buyers we had a very specific set of needs we were looking for, and a very strict timeline due to our pending parenthood. Logan was an incredible agent and advocate for us throughout our home buying process. He patiently took us through many prospective homes, demonstrating extreme flexibility to accommodate our schedules, and taking the time and care to explain all of the potential issues each house would need addressed should we want to make an offer. Keeping our needs and budget in mind, he was thoughtful and caring throughout all the emotional and logistical ups and downs of the purchasing process. After multiple offers, we finally purchased our home, but Logan was still very much involved. He gave us valuable advice about shopping around for mortgages, arranged to inspect the house with us ahead of possession, and even moved appliances around in our new laundry room to ensure the seller’s set up the layout in a way that worked best for us. Even in the middle of a pandemic Logan was there for us on possession day, calmly advising us on next steps when we discovered unexpected water issues in our basement. He brought along his own shop vac to clean up the water before it caused any more damage. The day all parties met to assess the water damage Logan came early to shovel a path to the door for us. During a rather tense conversation with the seller he explained what the issues were calmly and professionally, taking charge of the meeting and putting us completely at ease. His prompt interventions and documentation of the problems meant that we were able to resolve the issues with the seller in a timely manner.
