Jenn was very helpful guiding me through the entire purchasing process. This was my first home purchase and she provided helpful information on all the various steps in a timely and effective manner. She demonstrated detailed knowledge about the condo building and past details to look out for prior to purchase. Her negotiation skills were tremendous and I felt we came out with the best possible outcome. New to the city and had a bit of a tight timeline but everything seemed to roll smoothly through the whole purchase with time to spare and she even gave a sense of the areas where I could purchase.
