Jennifer Dutton-Munn is a truly phenomenal agent. Her knowledge about all facets of real estate is exceptional. She has a remarkably astute grasp of market trends, legal matters, negotiating strategies, building code, and could offer so much inside information on lakes spanning several townships. She went above and beyond the call in every possible way, chauffeuring me around and really taking the time to understand what I was looking for. Admittedly, I was a difficult client with a very particular, if not impossible, wish list. But with her tremendous insight, she found me the perfect cottage. I couldn't be happier with her service and can't recommend her highly enough.
