We had an agent for 4 months who had the house priced incorrectly, got a total of 1 offer that they advised us was a lowball, didn’t help us with tips to stage the house, and barely corresponded with us unless prompted. We fired her and chose Jeff. What a world of difference. He did all the things he was supposed to do and got us an offer within a week. I wish we would have chosen him first instead of wasting 4 months.
