What can we say. We have been looking for our dream Vacation home for over a year. We have been to every small BC/AB town trying to find it. Along the way Jay was with us every step of the way. He met us in Kelowna, helped us in Fernie and ultimately put the deal together on a place in Canmore. Not only was he available to us day and night through this he physically made the trip to show us the house. This will be the third time Jay has helped us buy and sell. There is a reason he was named top realtor of the year. Not just for his sales but his effort and kindness in the community and towards others. Over the years he has turned into a friend not just a realtor.
